4-108-120 Building and fire regulations - Applicable.

The construction and equipment of filling stations, including tanks, and the requirements for safety clearances around same, shall be made and maintained in accordance with the provisions of this Code regulating buildings and flammable liquids. Filling stations shall be inspected by the fire commissioner at least once every year. (Added Coun. J. 12-9-92, p. 25465; Amend Coun. J. 5-18-16, p. 24131, § 14)
