4-144-380 Penalty.

Unless another fine or penalty is specifically provided, any person who violates any provision of this Article, or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $1,500.00 nor more than $3,000.00 for each offense, or incarceration for a period not to exceed six months, or both. Each day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Added Coun. J. 9-11-13, p. 59869, § 8)
