4-156-980 Violation - Penalty.

Any person violating this Article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $10,000.00 for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense to which a separate fine shall apply. (Added Coun. J. 12-15-21, p. 42922, § 4)
