4-16-230 Departmental duties.
Inspections. The building commissioner is authorized to mandate an inspection of any shared housing unit operated by a shared housing unit operator at least once every two years, at a time and in manner, including through third-party reviews, as provided for in rules promulgated by the building commissioner.
