4-224-012 Noise restrictions.

It shall be unlawful to maintain, within 200 feet of any residence, a machine shop or a foundry wherein pneumatic hammers or other apparatus are used which cause loud or unusual noises. (Added Coun. J. 2-7-96, p. 15616)
