4-236-090 Tax to be paid into city treasury.

All proceeds resulting from the imposition of the tax under this chapter, including penalties and interest, shall be paid into the treasury of the City of Chicago and shall be credited to and deposited in the corporate fund of the city. (Added Coun. J. 12-9-92, p. 25465)
