No such licensee shall receive on deposit or pledge any personal property or other valuable thing, or shall buy any article of secondhand property, before the hour of 6:00 a.m. or after the hour of 9:00 p.m. (Added Coun. J. 12-9-92, p. 25465; Amend Coun. J. 2-26-97, p. 40141)
