4-290-040 Expiration of certificate.
A license under this chapter shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of its issuance. Expired licenses may only be reinstated within three years of expiration. (Added Coun. J. 9-6-17, p. 55278, Art. IV, § 7; Amend Coun. J. 12-19-25, p. 38125, Art. XVIII, § 1)
