4-298-030 Application.

Any person, firm or corporation engaged in or desiring to engage in the business of elevator mechanic contractor shall apply to the Commissioner for a license. Upon the filing of such application in proper form and the payment of the license fee as provided for in Section 4-298-050, the Commissioner shall license the applicant as an elevator mechanic contractor.
