4-336-046 Illinois plumber’s license.

In the event that the plumber’s license on the application for licensure of a plumbing contractor is a plumber’s license issued by the State of Illinois, in shall be the responsibility of the applicant to provide a copy of the Illinois plumber’s license to the Department at the time of initial licensure and each renewal. In the event that the plumbing contractor’s license is suspended or revoked, the Department shall notify the Illinois Department of Public Health. (Added Coun. J. 1-24-24, p. 8615, § 4)
