Every such telegraph company shall pay to the city treasurer on the fifteenth day of January of each year the fees due from it to the city, for the preceding year, according to the itemized statement filed in accordance with the provisions of Section 4-352-050. (Added Coun. J. 12-9-92, p. 25465)
