4-36-040 License - Posting - Nontransferability.
(A) A copy of the license certificate issued pursuant to this chapter shall be posted in a conspicuous place near the entrance of the licensee's principal place of business. (B) A copy of the license certificate issued pursuant to this chapter shall be posted in a conspicuous place at each construction site under the supervision of the licensee.
