4-360-100 Sales restrictions.

Each licensee shall sell and offer for sale only the item or items specified in his current license, exclusively from a pushcart or at a fixed location and during the hours as determined by the authority. (Added Coun. J. 12-9-92, p. 25465; Amend Coun. J. 5-17-95, p. 1277)
