§ 4-376-150 — Appointment of supervising mason

4-376-150 Appointment of supervising mason.

Before a license certificate shall be issued to a mason contractor, the contractor shall be or employ a natural person who has been examined and found qualified by the Commissioner to act as a supervising mason with respect to one or more of the recognized branches of mason work in accordance with Section 4-376-210. If a mason contractor terminates its relationship with a supervising mason named on the mason contractor's license certificate, the contractor's license shall be suspended or limited until such time as an additional supervising mason is appointed and an amended license is issued. An individual shall not be appointed as supervising mason by more than one mason contractor at the same time. (Added Coun. J. 9-14-21, p. 35949, Art. XV, § 4)
