4-75-180 License revocation - Four year wait for new license.
No person whose license under this chapter is revoked for any cause shall be granted a children's services facility license, under the same or different name, for a period of four years from the date of revocation. (Added Coun. J. 5-9-12, p. 27485, § 41)
