4-83-150 License revocation - Five year wait for new license.

Except as otherwise provided in this Code, no person whose license is revoked for cause under this chapter shall be granted another heliport license, under the same or different name, for a period of five years from the date of revocation. (Added Coun. J. 1-18-12, p. 19185, § 2)
