5-13-080 Damaged personal property by relocation personnel.

A Responsible Party shall have a grievance process for Affected Tenants whose belongings are damaged or destroyed by movers. This process shall include reimbursement, to be covered by either the Responsible Party or the movers, for items damaged or lost in the move. (Added Coun. J. 1-23-19, p. 94266, § 1)
