5-13-120 Emergency contingency plan.

The Responsible Party shall create an emergency contingency plan as part of the relocation plan that details the management of emergencies during the renovation, including, but not limited to, the loss of essential services. (Added Coun. J. 1-23-19, p. 94266, § 1)
