14E-5-520 Theaters, audience areas of motion picture and television studios, and similar locations.
The provisions of Article 520 of NFPA 70 are adopted by reference with the following modifications: 1. Revise subsection 520.5(A) to read: "General. The fixed wiring methods shall be metal raceways or Type MI cable. Exception: Fixed wiring methods shall be as provided in Article 640 for audio signal processing, amplification, and reproduction equipment, in Article 800 for communications circuits, in Article 725 for Class 2 and Class 3 remote-control and signaling circuits, and in Article 760 for fire alarm circuits." 2. Delete subsection 520.5(C).
