6-105-040 Overtime compensation.

The Wages set out in Sections 6-105-020 and 6-105-030 are subject to the overtime compensation provisions in the Minimum Wage Law, with the exception that the definitions of "Employer" and "Employee" in this chapter shall apply. (Added Coun. J. 6-25-21, p. 32156, § 5)
