14A-6-606.2 Mechanical ventilation systems.
The building official is directed to periodically inspect, or cause to be inspected, mechanical ventilating systems. Exception: Inspections by the building official of mechanical ventilation systems in places for eating, as that term is defined in Section 4-8-010 of the Municipal Code, are subject to Section 4-8-042 of the Municipal Code.
