7-12-430 Violation - Penalty.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided, shall be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offense. (Prior code § 98-20; Amend Coun. J. 12-4-02, p. 99026, § 4.1)
