7-32-015 Smoking in public places, places of employment and governmental vehicles prohibited.

Unless an exemption contained in Section 035 of this chapter specifically applies, no person shall smoke in a public place or in any place of employment. No person may smoke in any vehicle owned, leased, or operated by the City of Chicago. (Added Coun. J. 2-6-08, p. 20615, § 1)
