7-38-001 All food establishments.

The provisions of this article shall apply to all food establishments, unless otherwise specified. The term "food establishment" shall include all establishments, businesses and vehicles required to be licensed pursuant to chapter 4-8. (Added Coun. J. 6-10-96, p. 23652)
