Any equipment governed under this chapter shall be permitted and receive an initial acceptance inspection upon installation and before operation. The permit fee shall be as set forth in Chapter 14A-4. (Amend Coun. J. 1-23-19, p. 94952, Art. I, § 14; Amend Coun. J. 4-10-19, p. 100029, Art. V, § 10)
