8-26-060 Creation of gun offender registry.

(a) The superintendent is authorized to collect and maintain gun offender information obtained pursuant to this chapter. (b) The superintendent shall create and maintain a registry of gun offenders registered pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (c) The superintendent is authorized to make the gun offender registry available to any other city sister agencies or any regional or national government- established gun offender registry and may accept files from such registries.
