8-4-180 Possessing burglar's tools.

A person possesses burglary tools when he possesses any tool, key, instrument, device, or any explosive suitable for use in breaking into any building, housetrailer, watercraft, aircraft, vehicle, railroad car, or any depository designed for the safekeeping of property, or any part thereof, with intent to enter any such place and with intent to commit therein a felony or theft. A person convicted of the possession of burglary tools shall be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $500.00. (Prior code § 193-10)
