14X-8-801.3 Maintenance.
Heating, cooling, and mechanical systems and equipment must be maintained in proper operating condition in accordance with the original design. Heating, cooling, and mechanical equipment must be maintained and operated in a safe and sanitary condition. Devices or safeguards that were required by law or the manufacturer's instructions at the time of installation must be maintained in compliance with those requirements. To determine compliance with this chapter, the building official may require a condition report in accordance with Section 14X-1-104. (Added Coun. J. 6-17-26, p. 45214, Art. IV, § 43)
