9-104-030 License - Fee.

(a) Upon qualification of the applicant, and payment of a non-refundable license fee, the Department shall issue a public chauffeur license in a form prescribed by the Commissioner. Public chauffeur licenses shall bear the photograph, name, and license number of the licensee. (b) No person shall alter, modify or replicate a public chauffeur license without authorization by the Department. (c) The fee for the issuance of a new, renewed or duplicate public chauffeur license shall be $40.00. (d) If a public chauffeur licensee violates subsection (b) of this section, in addition to any other applicable penalty, the Commissioner may immediately suspend such public chauffeur's license pursuant to Section 9-104-140.
