9-110-120 Pedicab chauffeur license - Fee.

The fee for the issuance of a new, renewed or duplicate pedicab chauffeur license shall be $40.00 and shall not be prorated. A pedicab chauffeur license shall be valid for a period of no more than two years from the date of its issuance. A pedicab chauffeur license shall be renewed as provided by rules promulgated by the commissioner. A pedicab chauffeur license is non-transferable. (Added Coun. J. 4-30-14, p. 80633, § 1; Amend Coun.
