9-60-110 Imitation of blind persons prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person, except persons wholly or partially blind, to carry or use on the public streets of the city any cane or walking stick which is white in color, or white with a red end on the bottom. (Added Coun. J. 7-12-90, p. 18634)
