§ 1-2. Setting landmarks.

Civil engineers and surveyors, and their assistants, when acting under the authority of § 1-1 of this subtitle: (1) shall not damage or destroy any property or lands entered by them in the performance of their work; but (2) they shall have the right to set stakes, markers, or monuments or other suitable landmarks or reference points where necessary.
