§ 10-1. Created; composition.

(a) Commission created. There is hereby created an “Art Museum Building Commission”. (b) Composition. The Commission shall have 31 members, of whom 3 shall be the Mayor, the President of the City Council, and the City Comptroller. The remaining 28 members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor as soon as this subtitle takes effect.
