§ 21-1. Definitions.

(a) In general. In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated. (b) Commissioner. “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Housing and Community Development or the Commissioner’s designee. (c) {Repealed} (d) Service provider. “Service provider” means any person doing business in this City as: (1) a master plumber; (2) a gas fitter; (3) a heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, or refrigeration contractor; or (4) a home improvement contractor.
