Section 701. General

701.1 Scope. {As in IPMC} 701.2 Responsibility. Except as provided in § 704 {“Fire Protection Systems”} of this Chapter, the owner and operator of the premises must provide and maintain fire safety facilities and equipment in compliance with these requirements.
