§ 72-1. Appointment.

(a) In general. The following officials shall from time to time certify to the Police Commissioner the names of employees of their respective departments for appointment by the Police Commissioner as Special Traffic Enforcement Officers: (1) Director of Recreation and Parks. (2) Director of Transportation. (b) Revocation. The Police Commissioner may revoke any appointment at any time.
