§ 1-04 Collection of Regulated Household Waste.

(a) Any generator of regulated household waste shall place such waste in a puncture resistant container prior to disposal of such waste with residential solid waste. (b) Any individual violating subdivision a of this section shall be subject to a civil penalty of not less than $50.00 nor more than $250.00.
