§ 11-311 Sewer surcharges to be transmitted to commissioner of finance.

The commissioner of environmental protection shall cause to be transmitted to the commissioner of finance an account of all sewer surcharges, fines and penalties as the same become due or accrue. Editor's note: For related unconsolidated provisions, see Appendix A at L.L. 1996/059.
