§ 11-90 Action to Compel Filing of Reports.

(§ 11-605(6), Administrative Code.) An action may be brought at any time by the Corporation Counsel, at the instance of the Commissioner of Finance, to compel the filing of reports due under Subchapter 2 of Chapter 6 of Title 11 of the Administrative Code.
