§ 12-13 Wholesale Seafood Business and Seafood Deliverer Registration Required.

(a) No person shall operate a wholesale seafood business in the market area without having first registered with the Commission and received a registration or registration number from the Commission. (b) No person shall operate a seafood delivery business in the market area without having first registered with the Commission and having received a registration or registration number from the Commission.
