§ 13-02 Definitions.

(a) "Cigar," "little cigar," "loose tobacco," "non-tobacco shisha," "shisha," "smokeless tobacco," "snus," and "tobacco product" are defined in the same manner as those terms are defined in § 17-176.1 of the Administrative Code. (b) "Price floor" means the price floor described in subdivision (d) of § 17-176.1 of the Administrative Code. (Amended City Record 9/11/2018, eff. 10/11/2018)
