(a) Agencies, institutions, et al., employing persons appointed as Special Patrolmen are solely responsible for compliance with mandatory reporting requirements as established by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. Tel: (518) 457-6101. (b) Failure to comply with New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services mandated reporting requirements may be grounds for removal from the Special Patrolman program.
