§ 28-320.4 Assistance.

The office of building energy and emissions performance shall establish and maintain a program for assisting owners of covered buildings in complying with this article, as well as expand existing programs established to assist owners in making energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements. These programs shall be made available to assist building owners without adequate financial resources or technical expertise. (L.L. 2019/097, 5/19/2019, eff. 11/15/2019)
