§ 28-505.1 General.

Editor's note: this section has been amended by L.L. 2026/138, 9/12/2026, eff. 4/15/2027. The commissioner shall not approve construction documents, nor issue an initial or reinstated permit in connection therewith, for the alteration or demolition of a pilot program building identified by the department of housing preservation and development pursuant to section 27-2093.1 except as set forth in this article. Applications for post approval amendments to construction documents are subject to this article where the application proposes a change within a covered category of work as set forth in section 28-505.3.
