§ 3-06 Untimely Appeals.

If an appeal is untimely filed with the Commission, the Commission will request an explanation from the appellant for the untimely appeal. Upon the submission of such explanation, the Commission may, in its discretion, deem an appeal to be timely and accept it for processing. (Added City Record 11/3/2022, eff. 12/3/2022)
