§ 3-12 Required Safety Equipment.

All vessels docked in the facility shall have on board at all times all equipment required by the Coast Guard, as well as for vessels longer than 25 feet: (a) Two 10-pound CO2 canister fire extinguishers or two dry chemical 20 pound ABC fire extinguishers approved for marine use and stored at opposite ends of the vessel. (b) No fewer than two operable automatic smoke alarms.
