§ 3-13 Computation of Time for Emergency Action.

Any emergency action taken by the Board that requires action within a 24-hour period will be taken regardless of whether the 24-hour period includes a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday. (Added City Record 7/8/2016, eff. 8/7/2016)
