§ 31-02 Adjudications Conducted by the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings.

The following adjudications shall be conducted by the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings: (a) Proceedings held pursuant to Sections 71, 72 and 73 of the Civil Service Law; and (b) Proceedings held pursuant to Section 75 of the Civil Service Law.
