§ 32-05 Penalties.

Violations of this Chapter shall be cited and shall have the same penalties imposed as other violations of 24 RCNY Health Code § 81.25, or successor provision, listed in 24 RCNY Chapter 23, Appendix 23-C. (Added City Record 3/23/2016, eff. 4/23/2016)
