Section 356.12 – Add a new Item (5) to the list of items in Section 356.12 to read as follows: (5) In any building exceeding 3 stories above grade, unless encased in at least 2 in. (50 mm) of concrete or limited to 6 ft (1.8 m) of length exposed.
